We had an amazing time in our spacious suite, enjoying the cozy sofa bed and the lovely view. The steam room and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, we had to ask for extra towels daily, but it didn’t sour our experience at all. 😊

Spacious rooms with cozy amenities make for a comfortable stay. The interesting rustic decor adds a unique feel to the place, creating a laid-back atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
There was an odd smell lingering in the hallways and rooms, which really detracted from the experience. Breakfast served only on paper plates raised concerns about wastefulness, and the lack of provided bathrobes in the supposed preferred suite didn't help either. Random intrusions by housekeeping early in the morning were unexpected and uncomfortable, diminishing the sense of privacy.

I stayed in the Preferred Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed. The room was super clean and comfy, with excellent air circulation. The mattresses were really good, making it easy to relax. I liked the décor too, but honestly, it could use a rug to help with the noise. A bit of a bummer though—no pool here. And yeah, underground parking is pricey. Overall, I had a nice stay.

Spacious and Clean Suite with Great Amenities
I recently enjoyed a two-night stay in a spacious suite that was very clean and comfortable. The underground parking was a nice touch, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help. The location was ideal, with great restaurants nearby. However, breakfast could be improved with some warmer options and an earlier start time.

I loved how close this hotel is to Gibbons Park, just a short walk away, where I enjoyed peaceful strolls and beautiful views, and it's also only 1 km from Saint Paul's Cathedral, making my city exploration super easy and enjoyable. the beds were extremely comfy, perfect for unwinding after a day out, though the shower had some issues that could use a little attention.

Request a room away from the elevators for a quieter stay. The noise can be disruptive during busy hours.

Had a great time with friends here! We caught a fantastic show at the Grand Theatre and enjoyed some great workouts in the gym. It was perfect for our group, with spacious rooms and a lovely atmosphere. The underground parking was super convenient. Just a heads up, the breakfast was good, but a bit crowded on the weekends.
Housekeeping could use some improvement. One morning, they knocked on our door at 8:20 am, waking my husband who was still sleeping. It could have been managed better.
